She's a magical flying cat girl who likes mischief and is about as smart as a child. Oh, and she is a HUGE sucker for catnip. Like, HUGE.

Mao could easily lure her to a trap with that~

She normally flies all around town on a daily basis, so anything would work. Plus, being a cat means she'd be able to pick up on it with GREAT EASE BECAUSE SHE LOVES CATNIP.

Oh yeah, she also hates water VEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY MUCH since in addition to cat-like behavior, getting wet makes her lose her powers.

As for regains, Chen currently has flight, a few spellcards (special attacks for danmaku patterns) and her cat girl form since she's in the pet slot and started off as a black cat. Any preferences?
